Booking terms
- Prices exclude 7.5% VAT.
- A booking is confirmed once the invoice is paid; full payment is due 30 days before the summit (14 days for exhibition spaces).
- Paid speaking slots are curated — topics and speakers are approved by the programme committee, and talks should teach, not sell (product demos excepted).
- Logos and artwork must reach us 21 days before the summit to be printed.
- Confirmed bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to a colleague.
