A student who trains at RAIN for 1–2 years earns up to 24 university transfer credits — the equivalent of the first two years of university — and enters Advanced Standing (Year 3) of a fully NUC-accredited B.Sc. They graduate with more qualifications, more skills and more opportunities than the traditional route offers.

RAIN submits official transcripts, portfolios and competency evaluations to our NUC-accredited university partner. Through Recognition of Prior Learning, up to 24 credits are formally awarded within the NUC CCMAS framework.
A short bridge semester covers the NUC General Studies courses (mathematics foundations, communication, Nigerian studies). Then Advanced Standing into Year 3 of a B.Sc. in Data Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology.
The RAIN capstone is co-supervised by RAIN mentors and university faculty and refined into a publishable paper or thesis. By 2027 the degree is to be issued to international standards recognised in the USA without WES evaluation.

RAIN trainees are positioned to benefit from RAIN’s work with Meta’s AI Developer Academy.
Data Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology — the same degree, a smarter path.
The capstone becomes a publishable paper under joint supervision.
